When Nin, Sefia’s aunt and the only surviving member of her family, is suddenly kidnapped, Sefia desperately begins to search for her. Sefia’s only companion is a mysterious book, which seems to have been looked for by the kidnappers. It is only a bulky object in her rucksack, unless Sefia is able to decipher its signs little by little. Soon enough, Sefia has a feeling that this book must be an outstanding piece of work. It brings to life magical skills inside her and it helps her to read the past, the presence and the future.
On her pursuit she comes across a group of cruel impressors looking for boys they want to expose to a brutal death-and-life struggle. After she has been able to free a mute boy from the traffickers’ control, Sefia and Archer continue their mission. But searching for Nin turns out to be extremely dangerous and the book is a difficult ally on their quest. Meanwhile, the kidnappers have begun to look for Sefia and the book and they will stop at nothing.
