Hopper and his friends have conquered the cats. But will he find his brother Pup again and convince him to return to him and the Mūs? Atlantia is being rebuilt and Hopper looks after the children of his best friend, Zucker. He is the one who is determined to establish a republic for the good of all dwellers of Atlantia.
In the meantime members of the Mūs have arrived to participate in the search for Pup. However, Pup has already arrived secretly in Atlantia regretting his former hate bitterly. But when he heads off to talk to Hopper something terrible happens. Hope, daughter to Firren and Zucker, is missing and suspicion falls upon Pup. Hopper must discover the truth before it is too late!
