Giuliano Ferri was born 1965 in Pesaro, Italy, and is a graduate of the Urbino Insititute of Art where he studied animation. He has illustrated many prize winning children’s books, among them Little Nino the Firefly, and has also written and illustrated Little Tad Grows Up, Night, night, sleep tight! and Mummy, Mummy, where are you? He lives in Pesaro with his wife and two young children.
